Nest-angle is a video-first real estate discovery and renting platform. It allows users to explore apartments and homes through short videos, connect directly with real estate locators, request curated home options, and close rental deals faster. The platform also includes service providers such as movers and cleaners, plus a dedicated portal for locators to manage listings, leads, and customers.

Video-First Home Discovery & Property Details

Users explore apartments through short, scrollable videos that showcase the real space, layout, and surroundings. Each listing also includes detailed information such as price, location, features, image galleries, and similar home suggestions—allowing users to understand, compare, and decide confidently without unnecessary site visits.

Benefit: Gives users all essential information in one place to compare options confidently.

Call Dibs & Instant Chat

Users can tap “Call Dibs” on a video to instantly start chatting with the locator. Conversations continue in chat where users can ask questions, request details, and negotiate.

Locator Profiles & Trust Signals

Users can view locator profiles with details, ratings, and past listings, helping them know who they’re interacting with. Verified accounts and performance history build trust and confidence.

Curated Home Recommendations

If users are not satisfied with a listing, they can request curated home options. Locators send personalized suggestions based on the user’s preferences.
